The Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) has announced new equalized short codes for Airtel, MTN, and Zamtel, all of Zambia’s telecommunication service providers. These new USSD short codes are now operational, and the old ones will be decommissioned. In Zambia, all three network providers use the same USSD short codes.
