For all network service providers in Zambia, including Airtel, MTN, and Zamtel, the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) has released new equalized short codes. These new USSD short codes are now operational, and the old ones will be decommissioned. In Zambia, all three network providers use the same USSD short codes.
