Well, that’s me, I have no office and am not a company therefore I work and deliver remotely. You can request for a service from me via email (keith@keith.wpmudev.host). For calls, I only accept calls after an appointment and I usually accept calls via Telegram.
If you don’t know what Telegram is, Telegram is a cloud-based instant messaging and voice over IP service. Telegram client apps are available for Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Windows NT, macOS, and Linux. Users can send messages and exchange photos, videos, stickers, audio and files of any type.
It’s like WhatsApp but its better like with telegram, you can access it online on the laptop and so on as compared to WhatsApp where it can only be accessed on phone. Telegram is also good for marketers, with Telegram groups, you can have more than 100,000 members or so as compared to WhatsApp where it’s only about 257 or so.

Things to consider before contacting me
1. know the reason why you are contacting me
Web developers and coders do not have the time normal do have to socialize with people. Please avoid asking irrelevant questions such as
- hai
- how are you?
- where do you stay?
- where is your office? etc.
These type of questions eat up a lot of time, imagine having to reply to each question via email like that? I may end up having a job of replying people.
2. How much do I charge for web designing or development?
Well, as I said earlier, know the reason why you are contacting me, as you probably know, all websites or services don’t cost the same. The cost of the website you want may depend on what type it is, the functions, the features and the server requirements.
As you know, I am a freelancer and not a company, therefore, I have no specific work time, I can also work at night, morning or evening. Therefore to design or offer a service at the rate of
$0.2 PER MINUTE OR $12 PER HOUR
MY FEE
So what does that mean? it means to design or offer a service, will be charging that per hour.
Mostly, to design a website from me, it takes me only 1 hour to 48 hours of working in front of the laptop excluding sleeping time, eating time or any other time I am not working on your project.
But don’t expect me to finish your project within a day of which I do some times.
Sometimes I only spend up to 3 hours per day to work on your project and refresh my mind and continue again later until I complete.
So when you contact me, explain as much as possible what you want and I will give you a quote and how long it will take me. Any other additions or subtractions after I have started to work shall not be tolerated and will incur another charge.
3. Domain names and Hosting
Domain names and hosting fees are not included in my $12 per hour. According to my terms and conditions that can be read from here https://keith.wpmudev.host/terms-and-conditions you are responsible for paying either through me or directly to my recommended hosting providers.
As I said earlier, after you contact me, I will advise the type of hosting needed for your project.
For hosting services, I recommend two hosting providers namely

For domain names I suggest namecheap.
Don’t worry if you are able buy or work with servers, Will do that everything myself unless you want to.
Domain names cost about $15 per year. Domain names are website names for example mine, keith.wpmudev.host, google.com.
Hosting costs from $10 per month. This is where your website files are stored to be accessed wordwide by anyone.
When you contact me, I will suggest the exact cost of everything.
4. Payments
According to my terms and conditions that states that:

Charges for services to be provided by Keith are defined in the project quotation that the Client receives via e-mail. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days. Keith reserves the right to alter or decline to provide a quotation after expiry of the 30 days.
Unless agreed otherwise with the Client, all website design services require an advance payment of a minimum of (80) percent of the project quotation total before the work is supplied to the Client for review. A second charge of (10) percent is required after the development stage, with the remaining (10) percent of the project quotation total due upon completion of the work, prior to upload to the server or release of materials.
Payment for services is due by visa, mobile money, bitcoin or bank transfer.Payments should be made payable to Keith and sent to Keith. Bank details will be made available on invoices.
For me to work , you will need to agree to my terms and conditions. Make sure you read them all.
5. Trust
When it comes to web-related things, you need to trust the developer, as I said earlier, know the reason you are contacting me, If you do not trust me or you cant pay 80% or you cant trust me with your idea, please don’t waste both my time and yours, I will not tolerate negativity.
If you would want me to sign something before disclosing your idea to me, I am sorry I won’t, it means you cant trust me.
And if you can’t explain what you want via email or call but you prefer meeting in person, am sorry, I won’t meet you unless its a big project and will charge you $100 for an hour to meet you in Lusaka Town and that should be paid 3 days before.
I work with time. Time is money and I am a very positive person, therefore, I don’t work with people full of negativity and trust issues.
Signing a document means that you don’t trust each other and if anything happens you can resolve that in court. By the way, I am not a company neither a registered business, I am a freelancer.
