1. Requesting Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to use KeithFX and would like your account deleted, you can request deletion by contacting us at:

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you request account deletion:
- Your personal details (name, email, phone number, ID documents) will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless retention is required by law.
- Your transaction history will be anonymized or retained only for regulatory and compliance purposes (e.g., anti-money laundering, taxation laws).
- You will lose access to any pending transactions, balances, or exchange history linked to your account.
- Your login credentials will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to access KeithFX.
3. Processing Timeline
- Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
- In some cases, compliance or legal requirements may delay complete deletion, but you will be notified.
4. Exceptions
We may retain certain information even after account deletion if required by:
- Financial regulations
- Anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing laws
- Tax obligations or fraud prevention
This data will be stored securely and not used for any other purpose.
