There is also a comprehensive free plan for this particular solution that allows you to collect up to 2,000 people and send up to 12,000 mails each month. It should be more than adequate to start, and you can always move to a premium plan as your list begins to grow.
The solution you decide to use will depend once again on your preferences and on the specific features you need. However, it is important to bear in mind that it depends mainly on the quality of your content whether your newsletter is successful.
