These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Keith Mvula, popularly known as Keith Rainz, hereinafter referred to as “Keith Rainz” or “the Service Provider,” and the individual, hereinafter referred to as “the Client” or “You,” who seeks assistance with various online services in Zambia. By using Keith Rainz’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Please review these Terms carefully before seeking assistance from Keith Rainz.

Keith Rainz offers assistance and guidance to individuals in Zambia who require help with various online services, including but not limited to TPIN creation, purchasing road tax, and other digital tasks. It is important to note that Keith Rainz is not a government employee or official representative of any government agency. He provides these services solely as a private individual with expertise in computers and online processes.
3. Communication

4. Payment
Keith Rainz may charge a fee for his services, which will be communicated to the Client before proceeding with any assistance. Payment terms and methods will be discussed and agreed upon between Keith Rainz and the Client on a case-by-case basis.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for providing accurate information and documentation required for the requested online services. Keith Rainz’s ability to assist the Client depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
6. Disclaimer
Keith Rainz is not affiliated with any government agency or department in Zambia. He is an independent content creator with expertise in computers and online processes. While Keith Rainz will make every effort to assist the Client with online services, he cannot guarantee the success or outcome of any government-related processes, such as TPIN creation or road tax purchase.
7. Privacy and Data Security
Keith Rainz respects the privacy and security of Client information. Any personal or sensitive information shared with Keith Rainz during the course of providing assistance will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Keith Rainz will not disclose or share Client information without explicit consent, except where required by law.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Keith Rainz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and it is the Client’s responsibility to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use Keith Rainz’s services.
9. About my terms
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and the services provided by Keith Rainz should be solved between Keith Rainz and the client, if not seek help from the official offices or departments.
By seeking assistance from Keith Rainz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Keith Rainz’s services.
