Second, what is a vision of astral? Astral projection is literally the transition of the consciousness from the actual to the astral form. With our minds, we have several ‘ vehicles, ‘ and the astral body is one of them.
Now, I’ll explain how I studied the astral project:
The desire is first. I have a colleague who has the initial states of astral projection, but has no confidence in it, so he never goes anywhere. “Why?” she said. She questioned. Okay, you are more than likely to go nowhere if you don’t develop the motivation and the drive that are wrong, and that is probably the way it should be. We are all on different routes, and no one can evaluate another’s course.
Robert Monroe, Last Journey. “Fear is the great barrier to human growth.” That is why you must lose anxiety once you have built up motivation, confident and focused. The initial fear of the vibrational phase is one of the major obstacles. You’re always scared you might die; you fear not to come back; you believe your body is stolen. I’ve never known any of those ailments to anyone. After visiting a particularly beautiful place, I will do all I can to NOT come back! But it’s in vain! No matter what you do, you’ll come back (unless you’re in the middle of sleep with a heart attack). Fear is a repeated theme (and/or lesson) that people need to overcome to move forward in astral projection. You’re not alone. Everyone will have to overcome one of the biggest obstacles sometime or another. That principle, though, extends to all areas of existence, so that your entire life will be prosperous if you can conquer it. I’ve been reading a wide range of books, I’ve spoken about it with other friends, and I’ve come to one realization, to face it. You can read how to handle fear, how to control your emotions until you are blue in the face, that you can only fear yourself. But until you face fear and overcome it, these are only words. And even if you face it and believe that you have learned the lesson, it takes on another form and form and repeats itself until the lesson is thoroughly worked out. Then you’ll see your life crumble because it isn’t needed anymore. I encountered my mentor in the astral once and he instructed me that there were seven life cycles and one of them is terror. We will go through these lessons before each one is done. It is neutral what happens in our lives and it is our responsibility to regard it as positive, negative, spiritual, or mundane.
One of my big personal challenges! I can relax well, but when I try to calm my mind and focus on one thing I’m thinking and fantasy. My most successful attempts are to clear the mind and employ several techniques; to focus on my third eye, to use a visualization tool or to make a statement. Practice relaxation, by mindfulness, display candles, and anything you like. “The only important factor in leaving the body is that you concentrate the awareness on a single, focused, hardly visible thread.” Do you ever stop and listen to that “high-tone noise” in your head? Sometimes I can stop and listen to it if it’s really quiet. Robert Peterson notes that the sounds can flood in if you can keep the concentration on this very sound for 3 minutes.
Countless people have emphasized this on a number of occasions, because it is real. If you’re mad at a career, family, insurance, economy, or anything, it’s most likely something you eat, not astral predictions. Clear the load if you want to projecte astrally. We can not stop life, dear ones, expenses and travel, but we can do a little to eliminate “bruises” in our lives and this may require making long-term choices. Does your job stop you from going higher? Will you collect too many tangible goods with loans that prolong the demanding job to pay for it and thus keep you up at night? Is your partner in agreement with you and your goals or does it cause disharmony? If we want to plan, we have to lead a way of life that is conducive to it. We can’t live in a quiet monastery like monks, but we have options and we can choose compatible partners, get less stressful jobs, aim for easy lives that allow freedom and healthier space.
Here are some of the things I have implemented myself personally: to know when my career is “sufficient.” I am a SQL Server Database Administrator, and people ask me why I’m not creating, yeah, because that isn’t worth $5 to $10 an hour, too frustrating and time consuming. By 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. I adjusted my working hours so I could stop further commuting time. I try to pay off my debts before I put up more things to stop depression. I maintain my associations with meaningful ones (friends in quality versus quantity) which only mean a few. I develop patience and tolerance towards my loved ones, so I don’t get too upset. I often meditate or reduce external sounds like television and radio. These are only a handful of examples. It won’t happen overnight, but you’re going to come there if you focus on your targets.
Focus 10: (a hypnagogical state, see definition of term glossary).
People say, “I’m relaxed and I can’t leave everything, but I can’t leave.” It’s not only relaxation. The brain should rest** *, but the subconscious must be wakeful. I try to catch myself when I’m going to sleep out the day that’s a talent that’s learned, and that’s doable (I can’t do it every night because I am exhausted too). You shouldn’t feel your body (like going bogged down). Your feeling of listening and touch disappears and you begin to see images floating across your mind. Don’t fall into a nightmare, but rather hold your attention softly and improve your state of sleep. If you’re asleep in the night, grab yourself when you get up and gently rely on your third eye. Don’t strain, you wake up otherwise. The vibration is supposed to follow.
Okay, the interesting things now! There is no way to prepare a person entirely for astral projection. The best teachers are training, motivation and trial and error. But at least one or all of the following things can be predicted. To me, humming was one of the first sensations I experienced before separation. My entire body was vibrating!
The first moment is surprising and normally before anything occurs, you’ll launch yourself out of the system but if you can, let the waves start. You’re so close! You’re too sweet! I know now that I’m well on my way to separation when these vibrations begin. Generally I will lift up my astral arms, legs and so on when the sensation starts. The last thing that separates me is usually my head. I feel our heads keep our physical body the best. Often, my whole body was raised significantly, but my head would just stick. I’m not alone. I’m not alone. Albert Taylor wrote at Soul Traveler “I woke up in an ailment state and without my production, the bottom half of my body began to float. My astral body moved up, like a sharp lid in a music box, and my head went backwards! I had the soles of my astral feet pointing straight at the ceiling. The first thing I project is my hands and hands have no primary chakra. It is the utter quenching (thus reducing the magnetic pull) of the head surface chakras which enables separation.
All right, you can vibrate and lift your extremities; you should begin now to hear popping, cracking, and hissing noises. One or many of these symptoms can occur. I’ve even witnessed (ugh) cries and gross sounds, but I just dismiss them now. Who knows what parasites hang around our astral body, but they are harmless, I can tell you. So now that you got that far, get out! Get out! I do this in a number of ways.
Rollout (this is also Robert Monroe’s technique). I rollout by acting simply like I fall out of bed, like rolling out my body, onto the ground.
Turn or raise my neck. Bend my side. Occasionally I “kick” myself out when my brain gets stuck. This requires pure power.
Take something strong and pull! No matter how far the solid object is, I think you basically make use of the solid object as a psychological crutch.
Up and drive. Rise and walk. Lately, I was surprised to do this passive technique. I “try” to get up off my body and step into the ground I had. I’m sure it gets easier and easier with the experience, regardless of the method you use. Now, when the vibrators begin, I still think,’ huh, it’s so simple, why did I fussing over?’ I have a theory too, where I believe that we have that material that connects us with our physical body and is magnetic in nature. Over time, I believe this elasticity is stretched and loosens its close grip as we leave our body continually. Most people are born with weak hands on their physical body and can fall free effortlessly. My friend’s brother leaves his body throughout his evening nap, but he doesn’t know why and why.
Move away from your body: you probably still remain in your etheric body when you are close to your physical body. The etheric body is electromagnetic in nature. You will experience some of the following until you get away from the magnetic range (see also the article in the weekly comment called “Our Five Body”). The body has a magnetic pull to your etheric and you’re pulled back into it again and again until you get far enough away and move into the astral system. I typically use my hands to touch, or because I recognize my space design, I only push away from my body. However, in the astral, it’s not like you should take care to crash or injure yourself. I realize that the older I get, the more I can “should” just see myself but it’s a lot easier if I just move home. If I step far enough, my astral sight activates, the wobbling ceases and I am completely free.
There are strong auditory distractions, and as I said before, I could hear radio waves (speaking, music, etc.), and, after reading my journal, I also noticed that there is a real mischievous buzzing in my astral ear, which sounds like a horn in my ear! It only happens that I’m near to my head, but I’ve been leaping out of freight on more than once because I figured there was some bug in my eye! So I hate them! I hate them!
Spouses: If your partner enjoys physical attention, he or she will be even more involved in the astral. Tip: simply ignore and move away. You may try and talk to them, but unless they are created, they won’t remember you.
As you can see, it’s easier to get out of the room and start your path once you get hanging.
Once you are away from your body, you will slowly progress from the old physical habit of leaving out your front door to just zooming through the roof (and when you’re really experienced, you will just think yourself to your destinations). You will eventually overcome your fear of heights (I’ve done work in the astral where I’ve helped my closest friend into the outer atmosphere to help her with her fear of heights). It’s all very heady because you’re not used to the speed, the height, the colors, and the sounds. So what do you do? I learned that all I had to do is ask and my consciousness would do the rest. One of my first trips was to the moon, then I asked to see a deceased relative, I also asked to see a place of great beauty and I’m still recuperating from that wonderful experience!

Action plan for OBE Exploration:
Please note that your first bedroom is never suggested because you have a strong (unconscious) conditioning in your house.
Build an OBE and a vision journal in depth and sustain it. Record all dreams, even small, and energy / vibrational events. Make it your habit to divulge all changes during, after sleep and after every OBE practice session of the consciousness and the vibration. The routine cycle in writing allows us to re-program and remember our memories. Confirm every day your strong purpose and assurance that you must have a knowledgeable OBE in your paper and ask for assistance from your Higher Self and the Guides.
Creates a comprehensive OBE or vision log and retain it. Recorre all dreams and events of energy and vibration, even small ones. Make it a custom during slept and after every OBE practice session, to report all shifts of consciousness and vibratory events. This daily diary process helps to open our minds and reprogram our experiences.
Every day confirm (write out) your firm desire to make a deliberate OBE in your journal and ask for help from your Higher Self and your guides. (Today, I have an aware OBE! OBE Now! and many use I Astral Project Now!.) Choose the condensed phrase that will communicate most for you. Keep your purpose as your last thought whenever you do an OBE method, during loud dreams, and as you sleep and fall away.
Listen to the different methods of OBE induction and choose the approach that suits you. This approach can and will alter with the passage of time.
Choose your ideal time of day for practice. Mute both mobile and pet command. For many people, early morning and midnight are an effective time.
Stay calm and give yourself to all activities in internal vibrational nature. Never analyze or think about your physical body, only permit and give in to any change of energy. It has been useful in all OBE sessions to differentiate completely from every part of the physical body — Imagine that you are a pure, formless and limitless being. Therefore, find all energy / vibrational phenomena as non-physical.
Let your focused goal go and float. Enable yourself to relax freely and activate all your bodily consciousness. After the oral portion of every audio program it is OK to “click it out.”
When you first wake up, keep your eyes closed for a couple of seconds and check your power body completely. For eg, the perception of floating or sinking and any sort of Vibration with closed eyes is a clear indication that you can be divided. Sleep, meditation, and all the methods of OBE apply.
It is important to know that detachment from the brain, as many think, is not an immediate response. We often have to begin with silent commands such as “Roll now! Separation method! / Now the gate!”During this phase, you will always remain calm and mind-free of your body.
Write and use your visions of OBEs as a starting point. “Awareness now! Reflect and repeat!”All the visions with light. Be careful and don’t become concerned over performance. Recognize the whole OBE cycle as a calm, deliberate daily meditation.
Rest or practice sessions were completely open to all transitions in consciousness. View non-physical events for all vibrational or energy-related phenomena. Concentrate on the good goal of your company to now have an OBE. Your main purpose is the driving force of your perceptions. (Now I have a clear OBE!)
OBE discovery has only one rule: never dream of or focus on any part of your physical body. Ideally, pretend there isn’t your body. I found it helpful to regard myself throughout all OBEs as a formless awareness point.
Always concentrate your entire focus towards a location away from your body during the separation process,”Door Now!”Focus on your new environment after separation and keep your complete awareness. For example: “I have an aware OBE now! Incorporate silent comments in your daily practice! Or now OBE!”Keep on as your last conscious thinking, still your goal.
Most importantly, undertake 60 days of daily OBE. Day after day, the subconscious mind becomes necessary to regain the new ability. I also noticed that we will each react differently to different OBE induction strategies based on my experience. Your individual process choice can be critical to your outcome. Many people burn themselves out by saying that they can’t play to their personal strengths every day. Examine closely and realize what type of OBE method you like most.
For example, the goal strategy can be successful when you imagine it well. Typically, the outcome of studies with different approaches is your chosen OBE form. We know that people react to different methodologies on the basis of the decades of experience. Consider changing your routine if you don’t see progress after a month or so. What approach will be pleasant and will you bear 30 minutes ‘ attention?
The dedication, everyday training and tolerance towards changes in morality without apprehension are the greatest assets. OBE practice is close to meditation. Take advantage of your goal and the whole cycle. As Bob Monroe would often say, “Discover this.” Take a few minutes before each OBE session to relax yourself. Do whatever method of preparation and relaxation you like. It is recommended that you relax and clear your mind of any distracting thoughts before every OBE session. Most people use the Monroe preparation process, gentle relaxation or mindfulness exercises just before they conduct their OBE.
I have been using a simple but effective form of calming of self-hypnosis. I fully relax, close my eyes, slow a silent 10 to 1 countdown, because I feel I’m floating on a perfect cloud. 8 more and deeper… etc. (10 fully relaxed…. 9).
The Out-of-Body Techniques:
(About immediately before each OBE session, use your preferred method to position yourself in a profoundly relaxed state. Carve out your OBE goal.
Body of Light
Allow yourself as profoundly as you can imagine that your body is filled with light and lighter and lighter. Think of all your energy centers and feel them open when you float freely and maintain your OBE intent. Sense and feel your body’s white light flowing. Let go and float absolutely with whatever happens.
Allow all blocks to fall away as you drift in your ball weightlessly. Then imagine a hot air ball of any color and shape you want. This is your private discovery tool. Follow the guidance and feel that your hot air balloon is rising higher and higher. Imagine and feel that you float softly over the landscape below. You can go to any location you want.
Count Down Globe
Focus on your floating orb just above your head and maintain your awareness. If you relax, you imagine a white globe 12 inches over your face. Feel deeper and deeper as you clearly see and focus on each each amount. Keep your focused OBE purpose as your last conscious thought. Imagine and feel that you’re turning into your floating orb. Hold this image as your last mind as you become one with the sphere. Know how you combine your mind with the floating planet.
Hold your focus as your last conscious thought on your objectives. Select three or more targets in a physical location before the program. Select goals you can easily visualize. Your goals may be a combination of physical objects, people or animals that have an emotional relationship today. The key to this method is to distract your entire attention from your body as you move away. Sense and feel that with each goal you are present. Take all your senses into the experience. When you exercise that method, you can add as many tasks as you need to keep your focus away from your body.
Submit to a sensation of motion. Focus and give in to the feeling and image of inner motion during this method. Continue to give up or down, rocking, rolling, and spinning perception. Keep and extend the feeling of movement as your last conscious mind. Render all motion. Render all motion.
Concentrate and keep your flight experience as your last conscious feeling. During this program, feel that you become the bird and embrace the feeling of flight. Keep your flight image and feeling as your last conscious thought as you let go and flow. Become the bird and enjoy the freedom to fly. No boundaries. Imagine traveling to your favorite places when you remove both ties to the skin. Let go and ride. Let go and drive. OBE learning is like meditation; our dedication, daily practice and responsiveness to awareness changes are our greatest asset. As your last thinking, concentrate and sustain your purpose. Positive indications of a potential OBE In any internal energy event or manifestation it is important to remain calm. Both impressions of movements, smells, motion and development are beneficial experiences.
Am I on my way?
Some feelings and side effects you will feel include
• Seeing through closed eyes.
• Any vibrations or energy surges out of the norm.
• Sleep paralysis (partial or full)
• A sense of floating, sinking, rotation or any sensation of motion.
• The perceived movement of any body part: arms or legs are the most common.
• The perception of being touched, pulled, lifted or moved in any way.
• Flying in a dream
• Any sound out of the norm; humming, buzzing, roaring, voices or your name being called.
• The sensation of an unseen presence or energy close to you. • The perception of a shift or change in your immediate environment.
• Any shift in your perception or location.
How to Effectively Respond to the Vibrational State
• Remain calm and surrender to any vibrational state energy flow or surge. Be open to all perceptions of inner energies, vibrations and sounds and allow them to expand within you.
• Never focus upon or analyze your inner energy shifts. The Ideal response is to allow and surrender to all inner energies without focusing upon them.
• Remain completely detached to all aspects or sensations of your physical body.
• Use silent commands to initiate separation. “Door now! or Roll Now!” Repeat as needed. Remember, all motion is achieved by focused thought.
• Never think about or move your physical body during the entire OBE process.
• After separation focus and maintain your complete attention upon the new environment and energy body.
